Although sustainable development is a way of life today, for many it is still a concept, even though pressure is rising :

  • Ecological imbalances: Climate change, depletion of natural resources.
  • Social pressure: Demographic explosion, insecurity, public health.
  • Rising costs: Fossil fuels, raw materials, insurance.
  • Pressure from stakeholders: Government, clients, communities, employees, shareholders.
  • Regulatory pressure: State, Federal, Global.

Because we are convinced that all actors must join forces and take proactive approaches, our goal is to provide you with pragmatic and collaborative assistance so that you can move from theoretical to operational.

Ineum Consulting offers industry-specific expertise and proven experience in managing your sustainable development projects. We offer progressive, comprehensive, cross-sectional or targeted approaches to incorporating sustainable development in your company or organization.

> Our offer

In addition to our expertise offered to clients, and ever concerned with leading by example, Ineum Consulting has established a sustainable development policy.

Several concrete initiatives have been designed around the major pillars of sustainable development. Of interest among these initiatives are national actions:

  • ELISE pilot project: Waste sorting (paper, plastic) and recycled paper for our documents (publications, planners.).
  • Participation of our works committee evident in donations to medical research, to humanitarian and charitable associations, commitment of the works committee to participate in the Telethon and sell fruit in the Neuilly-sur-Seine office to benefit cancer organizations.
  • “Citizen Ineum” team in the firm, which notably has carried out social/educational and sports projects with the Diambars Institute in Senegal and the Yeelen training centre in Mali.

And also international actions:

  • Membership in the Global Compact on the three sustainable development concerns.
  • Membership in professional codes of ethics.

Based on the success of these initiatives, Ineum Consulting decided to build on these actions by incorporating a sustainable development project into its business plan, and to make this sustainable development project a requirement of overall performance. Several projects are being launched in 2008, notably:

  • Optimization of our individual consumption of paper and power.
  • Drafting an in-house Sustainable Development Charter.
  • Rallying all Ineum Consulting associates around humanitarian, environmental, charitable and civic projects.
