Daryouche Behboudi Dr. Daryouche Behboudi has a decade of experience in managing consulting engagements with top-tier financial services firms, focusing on enterprise network architecture, IT cost takeout, IT strategy articulation, IT operations and organizational design, IT procurement and outsourcing, and project management office and implementation. Prior to joining BearingPoint (then KPMG Consulting) in 1999 where he was elected Managing Director in 2007, Daryouche was employed by an IT services firm as senior analyst and program manager. Matthieu Mercusot Matthieu Mercusot specializes in executing and delivering complex cross-functional transformation projects for Financial Services clients. He boasts a wide breadth and depth of experience from the design of organizational and operating models for Finance, Operations and Lines of Business to the implementation of solutions to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness and scalability. He led the finance transformation effort for several global financial services firms, including defining a new operating model for finance for BNP Paribas in the US and Canada, improving Finance and Accounting department efficiency for Societe Generale in the US and implementing standard processes, systems and reports for Nationwide in continental Europe. Matthieu joined Ineum Consulting in Paris since its inception in 2003. He moved to New York in 2006 to establish Ineum Consulting's North American operations, where he leads the Financial Services practice. Prior to joining Ineum, Matthieu was a management consultant at Deloitte in Paris. Edward Percarpio Ed is the Partner at Ineum Consulting. His responsibilities include oversight of the Insurance practice. He has spent most of his professional career in management and technology consulting, beginning in 1986 with Whittman-Hart in Chicago. In 1997, he joined KPMG Consulting in the Financial Services Insurance practice and was named Partner in 2001, and continued his career at KPMG/Bearing Point until his departure in 2008. At KPMG/BearingPoint, he was the Global Accounts Managing Director responsible for leading account delivery teams at AIG, De Lage Landen, a division of The Rabobank Group, and others. Ed also founded two successful consulting startups, iFINITi and A-Frame Technology Assurance. He joined Ineum Consulting in 2010, adding his knowledge of the insurance industry to Ineum NA's portfolio of services.

Joe Baird is the Managing Partner of Ineum Consulting on the West Coast. He is also in charge of the Performance Management practice line for the Management Consulting Group's (MCG) global businesses.
Joe is responsible for defining the offerings, developing the team and ensuring the satisfaction of Ineum's clients. Joe is also the executive sponsor for the Media and Entertainment clients of the firm and, as such, has been a trusted advisor to several clients in the industry. Furthermore, he leads the Analytics Business practice for Ineum, helping transform organizations from data-centric to decision-centric.
