Strategy:

  • Strategic discussions and company projects, creation and organisation of structures dedicated to real estate, alignments and pooling of means, outsourcing study, real estate cost analysis, installing systems for assisting in decision-taking, market analysis (offer, competition, environment).

Organisation and management:

  • Optimisation of real estate organisations and their operation, optimisation of job procedures, managing and reducing structure costs, real estate benchmarking and analysis of best practices (costs, procedures), implementation of procedures and internal control systems.

Information system:

  • Installing solutions (e-business, Intranet, Internet portals), IT development plan, diagnosis of IT service and information systems, revision and implementation of real estate management solutions: study of needs – drafting specifications, choice and implementation of solutions, integration of client relations management tools, computerisation and optimisation of operations management, integration of new information and communication technologies.

Human resources:

  • Predictive management of jobs and skills, drawing up job descriptions, definition of training plans, payroll engineering (optimisation of social costs).

Finance management:

  • Installing real estate management control, introducing reporting and management charts, reducing the year-end accounting deadlines, strategic cost management (activity-based costing/activity-based management), project financing.

Asset strategy:

  • Drawing up and updating strategic asset plans, financial valuation of assets, sales policy definition, drawing up site projects.

Optimisation of the performance of procurements:

  • Setting up a procurement strategy, improving the reliability of purchased services, investment and operation purchase cost management, adaptation of operating procedures in line with changes in the public procurement contracts code.

Sustainable development:

  • Assistance with implementing a sustainable development approach: Preparation and co-ordination of company projects, analysis and optimisation of technical procedures.

Quality:

  • Realisation of a quality approach (quality charter, etc.) and support with ISO certification, implementation of procedures and internal control.

Client relations:

  • Conducting client-tenant/partner surveys, setting up call centres.
